Page 3 of the Terry Underwood Archive. This set depicts both working and social life in Newport. All of the images are from the early 1900s up to the 1960s with the Wynns centenary parade. The Lyceum Theatre, Bridge Street and the Town Bridge and Old Green Crossing. The castle is shown being renovated and also there are images off the River. Shops, the Maypole and staff and charabanc outings to the seaside. Plus a visit by Gracie Fields. In Terry's own words
